Choice And Resarch Of Leading Business Of Modern Service Industry

Since 1960s,the developed countries have entered into the "post-industrial society".The service industry is becoming the leading business of the national economy and which is a main impetus that makes the modern economy keep on developing quickly.At present,the production value of service industry is more than 60%of the world's GDP.The service trade has accounted for 1/4 of the total world's trade.The service consumption is about 1/2 of the whole consumption,modern service industry becomes more and more important in the development of the social economy.Its degree has been the important mark of the level of economy and society's modernization.The development of modern services in China fall behind the developed countries.So how to develop modern services is a urgent and practical topic,which has important value on theory research and actual annlicatinnThis paper is subsidized by Fund Project(07JA910003) of the Humanities and Social Sciences in national Ministry of Education.Taking the theory of service industry,modern statistical theory etc and using the standard and the real diagnosis analysis.This issue carry the development of modern services in China on the master line,based on the widespread investigation and absorbed the front research achievement of domestic and foreign Services development, comprehensively analyzes the present situation,the question,the origin and chooses Jiangsu Province as an example to explore the modern service industry-led selection.In this foundation,the paper proposed development strategy of the modem services's leading business.Research shows that although China's modern service industry has developed rapidly,the whole level is still low.The service industry is still traditional in-house service,and the development level of China's modern service industry is not balanced.At present,the leading business should be scientific research,technical services,information transmission,computer services,software and financial industry,the insurance industry.The author gives some advice on how to speed up service industry development:Firstly, government departments should establish the correct concept of industries,fully understand the importance of the modern service industry and use of the new opportunities of modern service industry development.Secondly,rely on scientific and technological progress to improve the development of the technology service sector.Thirdly,relaxation of market access and speed up the development of modern service industry.Fourthly,widen to the external opening and improve the international competitiveness of modern service industry; Fifthly,set up a sound system of standards for the service industryand introduce the high-level management personnel.Sixthly,speed up the step of cities and towns construction steadily.Sevenly,Speed up the specialized training of the service sector.Finally,promote scientific and technological innovation and speed up the transformation of traditional service industries.
