Study On Evaluation Of Sustainable Land Use In Qianjiang City

The land,which is important space of production and life of mankind,is the most precious resources of human.the sustainable use of land resources is the foundation of the sustainable of our society,and there is no sustainable development of the society without sustainable use of land resources.Evaluation of the sustainable land use sets the standard to measure whether land is properly used.It is the foundation for the evaluation and monitoring of the situation and degree of the sustainable land use,the foundation for the comprehensive policy-making and coordinated administration of the sustainable land use,the reference for the implementation of sustainable development administration.This thesis carries out the evaluation study on the sustainable land use based in qianjiang City of chongqing.The aim is to objectively and accurately grasp the current land-use situation of this area,analyze the existing problems,put forward feasible countermeasures,therefore provide a scientific basis for the micro-policy-making of the government and increase the level of the sustainable land use.Based on the generalized analysis of fomer research,this paper discussed the principle of apraisel index system.this paper constructed the evaluating index system of land sustainable use from resources feasibility,econmoy validity,and society accepitable.and this paper carried on normalized processing to the apraisal index system through percentum function,and the obtained sustainable land use of qianjiang city from 2000 to 2007 with the linearity adding weight method.the apraisal result indicated that the land use was sustainalbe of qianjiang city from 2000 to 2007.and sustainability strengthened unceasingly.but there is different problems in the land use process,in view of evaluating result,this paper utilized a barrier model,and discovery the barrier factor which affected land use with the quantitative method.This thesis also put forwards some suggestions on how to constantly increase the level of the sustainable land use in qianjiang.
