| Industrial prosperity is an important content of rural revitalization strategy.Promoting the deep integration and development of the agricultural industry and tourism industry is an important way to deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,promote the upgrading of the entire chain of rural industries,and broaden the channels for increasing farmers’ income.The integrated development of agriculture and tourism not only accelerates the construction of a modern agricultural industrial system,but also promotes the expansion and extension of the tourism industry.At the Central Rural Work Conference on December 25,2022,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that all localities should rely on agricultural and rural characteristic resources,develop many functions of agriculture,do a good job in the deep integration and development of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,and comprehensively promote the upgrading of the entire chain of rural industries.Promoting the integrated development of agriculture and tourism has become the main policy direction for China’s agricultural and rural economic development at this stage.As the "main city back garden",Nanchuan District of Chongqing(hereinafter referred to as Nanchuan District)has achieved good development in agriculture and tourism due to its good tourism resources and obvious ecological advantages.In2021,the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishing in Nanchuan District reached 9.398 billion yuan,and the comprehensive tourism income reached 17.01 billion yuan.However,the degree of integration of agricultural tourism in Nanchuan District is not sufficient,and the level of integration is not high.There are also problems such as backward infrastructure,lack of professional planning and coordination,insufficient exploration of agricultural tourism resources,and single promotional means.In view of this,this article conducts a study on the development level and influencing factors of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District,with a view to providing decision-making reference for the development of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District,as well as providing reference for the development of agricultural tourism integration in similar regions.This article uses theories such as industry integration theory,system theory,system coupling theory,agricultural multifunctional theory,and the life community of mountains、rivers、forests、field、lakes to analyze the current development situation of agriculture and tourism in Nanchuan District.Based on field visits and surveys in Daguan Town,Jinshan Town,and other towns in Nanchuan District,it summarizes and summarizes the main modes of agricultural and tourism integration development in Nanchuan District and the existing problems in the development of agricultural and tourism integration in Nanchuan District,a total of 14 positive indicators were selected for the evaluation of the degree of coupling and coordination between the agricultural and tourism industries in Nanchuan District.Using the relevant data provided in the 2012-2021 statistical yearbook of Nanchuan District and the government statistical bulletin,the weight was determined using the entropy method,and a quantitative analysis was conducted on the degree of coupling and coordination between the agricultural and tourism industries in Nanchuan District in2012-2021.Finally,using the gray correlation analysis method,an indicator system of influencing factors was constructed,Analyze the related factors of the development level of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The current level of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District is at a barely coordinated stage,and the degree of integration is not high.In the past decade,the level of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District has developed from a moderately unbalanced stage in 2012 to a barely coordinated stage in 2021.The development level of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District has been steadily improving,with significant development progress.(2)Ecological environment governance has the greatest impact on the development level of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District.The level of agricultural mechanization,market demand,and infrastructure have a certain impact on the development level of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District.The impact of government financial support on the development level of agricultural tourism integration in Nanchuan District is relatively weak.Based on the above research conclusions,this article proposes the following policy recommendations:(1)Develop scientific ecological environmental protection plans and increase investment in ecological environmental protection.(2)Strengthen technology and talent policy support.(3)Create characteristic agricultural tourism integration products based on market demand.(4)Improve infrastructure construction and improve the supply capacity of public services.(5)Improve the financial support provided by the government to the agricultural tourism industry in five aspects. |
