The Study Of Efficiency Power Plant Theory And Implement Scheme

Nowadays,we face prominent global energy crisis as well as giant pressure of environmental protection.Due to the constraints of resources and environment,it is insufficient to fulfill the rapidly increasing power need only relying on power plants construction.The crucial measures to mitigate the shortage of energy and protect environment are energy conservation and using energy more rationally and effectively. How to dramatically improve power energy efficiency of the whole society is the focus of my research.Based on the energy efficiency experiences of developed countries such as European countries and USA and Japan,we put forward a market-oriented model of energy efficiency power plant operation using theory of cost benefit evaluation.Through the comparison analysis of energy efficiency power plants between Hebei Province and Beijing,we conclude that market-oriented operation energy efficiency power plants should adjust measures to local conditions,which must fit Chinese characteristics.What is more,governmental guidance and enterprise participation is also quite crucial.
