With the growth of energy-intensive industries production capacity, and the demand stimulus that brought by higher standards of living, the low electricity efficiency of the terminal in China has gradually revealed. China’s has a huge power conservation potential of industries and residents so that demand side energy efficiency management has bright prospects. It has important significance for users, power grid enterprises, government to promote the application of advanced suitable technology in demand side management, and to improve the efficiency of terminal power by promoting efficient equipment. It not only brings considerable benefits of electricity, reducing of power consumption, promotion of energy saving and emission reduction, but also can effectively improve the level of safe and stable operation of power grid. However, there are many obstacles in the implementation of demand side energy efficiency management at present.The research content mainly focuses on energy efficiency management, which improves the efficiency of terminal power consumption. This paper taking Shandong province as an example analyses its power supply and demand situation, and study on current situation of demand side management. On this basis, potential measurement and analysis models are identified, and power conservation potential of industries and residents are calculated. In addition, the cost benefit assessment model and the evolutionary game model of each participation main body are established. Demand side energy efficiency management implementation method and strategy are intended. Reference to the international and domestic advanced areas of demand side management experience, a complete set of laws, regulations, incentive mechanism and other proposal are put forward. This study can provide a reference for formulating of demand side energy efficiency management goals, implementation plan, and work plan. It is of vital importance in promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction work. |
