Power demand side management is the important measure to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, is the important means of the power supply and demand contradiction, security dissolve the safe and stable operation. In the new energy situation, the work center of power demand side management is changing. As a part of the power demand side management, the development and utilization of energy efficiency resources can improve the terminal power efficiency, reduce power consumption and emissions, and save electricity. This is the supplement of power demand side management, and the research of energy efficiency resources provides further theoretical reference for the power demand side management.Based on the research of the power demand side management, combined the short-term strategy of energy saving, environmental protection and economic development, this paper studies energy efficiency resources deeply. The research and innovation mainly include the following three aspects, as follows:(l)In this paper, the development of power demand side resources are researched, putting forward the concept of energy efficiency resources. From the point of view of resources, this paper classifies the energy efficiency resources of power demand side, and explains the influencing factors of developing energy efficiency resources;(2)Based on the characteristics of energy efficiency resources, this paper builds comprehensive evaluation index system, including saving benefit, investment benefit, economic benefit, environmental benefits and social benefits. This paper also gives the meanings and measuring methods of every evaluation index, providing index system for evaluation of energy efficiency resources comprehensive benefit;(3)Combined TOPSIS with grey relational analysis process, this paper gives the new close to degrees and builds evaluation model for evaluation of energy efficiency resources comprehensive benefit. Using practical projects to valid the methods, giving the development order of energy efficiency projects of different resources. The evaluation result provides theoretical reference for the development of the energy efficiency project and how to plan the energy efficiency resources.Because of the time limiting, mining energy efficiency resources contents still need to be researched further. Finally, this paper gives conclusions and outlook, providing research ideas for the future study of energy efficiency resources. |
