Research On Competitive Capacity Evaluation About Electric Power In The End-use Energy Market Of Beijing

The electric power is a kind of clean,efficient and safe energy.The concept of "Green Olympics" has set higher requirements to Beijing's electric power development. The study of Beijing's end-use energy consumption structure is of great significance to optimize the energy consumption structure,increase proportion of electric power among the end-use energy market and raise the level of electrification,which contributes to the realization of Beijing's economic,social and environmental sustainable development.In this paper,the evaluation theory and method of end-use energy are elaborated based on the researches of the current end-use energy consumption situation in Beijing. The competitive capacity evaluation index system of electric power in the end-use energy market is founded according to the competitive capacity factor analysis.The improved TOPSIS evaluation method based on subjective and objective entropy weight is proposed and applied to the competitive capacity analysis of Beijing.Finally,the substitution potential of electric power in Beijing's end-use energy market is analyzed, and some relevant proposals which are reference for Beijing Electric Power Company are put forward.
