| In the keen competitive market environment quality strategy plays more and more important role in the corporate strategies.Customer's requirements for quality become higher and higher.Low quality products will gradually lose market share.The competition between companies is truly the competition between company's quality management skills. In this paper,the status quo of quality management in China and abroad was firstly summarized.Based on the real situation of Beijing Qinshunda Industry & Trade Co.Ltd,the economic environment within and outside the company and customer's request were analyzed.The quality data of last two years were collected and analyzed.The causes that cause the quality problems were studied using basic theory and tools of quality management and the cost of poor quality was assessed.Based on these analyses,the overall quality strategy for Beijing Qinshunda was developed and the implementing schemes were given. |
