Research On Establishment Of Logistics Index

Recently,logistics industry has entered into a fast developed moment.The development of logistics has been thought much of government.The modern logistics has been regarded as basic industry of country economy and new economic rise point. The layout of our country regards logistics as service industry.The development of logistics needs a statistic index to evaluate.Because of the fast development of logistics,the need of establishing logistics index is insistent.Logistics index can show the status of the development of logistics quantitatively and it is the base of establishing policy of logistics industry.Because logistics can influence many aspects of nation economy,it is thought much of government and they have set to establish the layout of the development of logistics and correlative policy.The logistics industry need an integrated estimate index system to master the status of the development of logistics and to satisfy the need of establishing development layout and correlative policy.The object of research is logistics index,to study how to establish the system of logistics index.First,the paper introduces the research background,intention, significance and order.Second,the paper introduces the workout of the index,mainly introduces laspeyres index,paasche index and their differences.Also,it introduces the establishment of the system of logistics index,by analyzing the factor of influencing logistics,eight main indices and twenty-two secondary indices are gained.At last, logistics index are gained.Logistics index could reflect a regional logistics development,and it also possesses early warning function.But there is not the system of logistics index at present.And less people study logistics index in this field.I hope this paper will lay the foundations for further research.
