The Research On Construction Of Ecological Port Group During Operating Period In Liaoning Province

At present,resources and environment problem has aroused great concern..Along with the mounting prot pollution,ecological port has became a new port mode keep up with ecological civilization.In "Eleventh Five-year Plan",the rejuvenation of old industrial bases in Northeastern China has been put forward.As the meeting place between old industrial bases in Northeastern China and two economic belts of Bo Hai, Liaoning province occupise an important place in the Northeastern China economy,and port plays an important role in it.Port contributes a lot in economic,but if neglecting the influence of natural resources and environment during operation period,it is hard to maintain the sustainable development of port.So the research on construction of ecological port group during operating period in Liaoning Province under the guide of ecological civilization has became an important topic.This paper firstly puts forward definition of ecological port group,and explains the connotation,extension and character of it.Secondly,it analyses the actual states and problems of ecological port group during operating period in Liaoning Province,and puts forward the necessity and objective of the construction of ecological port group in Liaoning Province.Thirdly,this paper studies the theoretic framework of ecological port group during operating period from port statute,port operation,port environment and port industry chain.,and on the basic of it,the paper then construct the evaluation index system of ecological port group during operating period in Liaoning Province, and analyses the development level by taking Dalian port for example.At last,it summarises all the results before and brings forward the development suggestions of the construction of ecological port group in Liaoning Province.
