In recent years,with deepening of China's reform and the continuous economic globalization,private enterprises developed very rapid in China.In retailing industry,Private retail enterprises kept developing recently,and the proportion of private enterprises in retailing industry became larger.However,private retailing enterprises losing its key employees was more serious,that due to its nature of business model and corporate and so on.This situation was not good for private enterprises long-term developing,and undermines the stability of the enterprise.In this paper,a popular idea was quoted--"distant hybridization",which means four reasons leading to this situation:1.A large deviation existed in private enterprises about Key Employees using ecology perspective;2.An imperfect management in core of enterprise;3.A serious shortage of staff to replace the Key Employees;4.Searching firm exists.There were five points to resolve those problems:1.Establishing legal system to protect the legitimate interests of enterprises;2.Setting up grading system to enhance awareness of competition; 3.Using humane management methods to enhance the management of key staff;4. Establishing joint mechanisms to deal with the loss of key employees.On basis of general analysis,the Better Life Supermarket as a case to expound the idea,the Supermarket established an ecology management system to fit itself characteristic from the internal and external management.
