Research On The Urban Land Intensive Utilization Based On Niches Theory

As the base of the city,urban land utilization is very important for the city development.With the industrialization and urbanization,the contradiction of the human-land is distinct year by year.The problem what we should solve is how to assort the urban land intensive utilization with social economy.For the ecology,land is a comprehensive ecosystem of nature,economy and society,which has the process of formation,development,vicissitudes and succession.The ecosystem was made up of many factors,the land use aim will be impacted if one factor was disturbed.Based on the study of the niche theory,Henan Province as an example,every city of Henan was regarded as the ecological unit,the function of every city in the urban land utilization was regarded as an ecological niche,the author analyses the urban's transformation of the land intensive utilization.This paper includes following contents mainly:Part one,introduction.Recommends the background,research necessity,introduces the technical method and way,theoretical foundation.Part two,the progress of the research about the theory.Introduces the progress of the research,including the urban land intensive utilization and the niche in China and foreign.The results show that,on one hand,there are so many studies in the land intensive utilization,but the research is not dynamicly.On the other hand,the ecological niche is used widely in some social scientific fields,but not use in the land intensive utilization.Part three,the study in the theory and method of the land intensive utilization ecological niche.This part discusses the relationship between the land intensive utilization and niche,also introduces the definition of land intensive utilization niche, character,type,state theory and so on. Part four,the index system and model of the urban land intensive utilization niche.Based on the n-dimensional hypervolume niche,puts forward the model of three hypervolume,establish the index system and model.Part five,application.Apply to the index system,evaluation index and model that introduced,combined with Henan's condition,analyzing the space-time change of the niche,figuring out the factors which effect the niche.Part six,countermeasure analysis.According to the basic thought of urban land intensive utilization,this Part introduces the methods of the intensive utilization of urban lands for every city and Henan from the following angles:policies,macroscopic readjustment and control,market mechanism continuous development and use management.Part seven,tag.Summarizes this study's thoughtfulness,insufficiency,and give some prospects that need to study.
