The Research Of Rural Labor Transfer Effect On Land Circulation In Heilongjiang Province

Land is the carrier of urban development and human survival，It plays an irreplaceableposition in the urban development process. Conservation and intensive use of land is the inevitableway to implement the scientific development concept and building a conservation-oriented society，but also a measure of an important indicator of economic growth in a country and region. With therapid advance of urbanization and industrialization，land supply and demand contradictions areincreasingly acute in our country，which makes land extensive use become very prominent.Therefore，whether from the points of view of the urban development and rational use of urban landor from the promotion of urban sustainable development，they are very important to explore andresearch on problems and solutions about industrial urban land use.This paper is on the background of revitalizing the old industrial base of the northeast andintensive land using， absorbing domestic and overseas related theories and methods，based on theregional city，round the urban land intensive utilization evaluation of the core，Suihua as evaluationobjects，on the basic theory of urban land intensive utilization，etc are studied and discussed，thenmaking comprehensive evaluation of urban intensive land using to the construction district ofSuihua city and making prediction to the future intensive land using in Suihua.This paper makes discussions to study the purpose， important theory，practical significanceand domestic and overseas correlation theory of urban intensive land using，makes the analysis tothe process of industrialization and the evolution of land use in Baotou city，makes correctjudgments of urban land use status and problems. Based on considering the social，economic，andecological environment factors of intensive land use evaluation in Baotou， building theconcept-level evaluation system of intensive land use，using the optimal combination weightingmethod and the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation to comprehensive evaluate the level ofurban land use in Baotou city from2004to2011. Based on index sequence of evaluation indexsystem of intensive land use in Suihua city in2004-2011，using SPSS19.0to statistic and calculatethe relevant data，analyzing the driving factors of affecting the level of intensive land use.Urbanfunctions to use grey system Verhulst prediction model to predict the level of urban land use inBaotou city in2012-2016. Finally，based on the actual situation of Baotou city to proposeappropriate for urban land use measures and recommendations to promote the changes of land usemanner，adjust the layout of urban land and industrial structure，improve the level of urban landuse，improve the urban ecological environment，to ensure sustainable development of cities，toprovide new ideas for sustainable development in other urban. At the same time，it has importanttheoretical and practical significance for promoting the establishment of land use planning andurban planning scientific，strengthening the scientific regulation of land management and the healthy development of the urban system in our country.
