Traditional enterprise focus on high efficiency and high profits, and pay more attention on the development of their own instead of human development, so it leads to the alienation of human in the process of management.With the development of society, people gradually recognize that human should be the core of management,and management is the management of people. Thus, the majority of firms have started to implement the people-oriented management based on a profound understanding of the role of human in social and economic life, and persist in doing everything from human to mobilize and motivate people's initiative and creativity in order to improve production efficiency and promote the overall development of human. Recognition on humanity and the need of human and so on is important for us to correctly understand the meaning of the people-oriented management, and make the people-oriented management suitable for the requirements of the times,which is important for the success of management.This thesis consists of six parts:The foreword mainly contain the causes of thesis topics, research methods, creative and writing difficulties.The first part elaborates the historical evolution of the status of people in management.Analyzing and reorganizing the thought of the people-oriented management on Western enterprise.The second part explaines the connotation, the characteristic and the manifestation about the people-oriented management. Pointing out that Our country Enterprise is better than Western enterprise in the people-oriented management.The third part is the most important part, elaborating the person study base of people-oriented management.Pointing out that the correct understanding humanity is the premise to implement the people-oriented management and the human's reasonable needs to be satisfited is the basis of the people-oriented management.Drawing the conclusion that the people-oriented management on our Country enterprises is inevitable through analyzing the alienation of labor.This part also elaborates why the human theory of Marxism can instruct the people-oriented management and how the people-oriented management manifest the human theory of Marxism.The fourth part states the practical significance of the people-oriented management. People-oriented management is conducive to the promotion of the economic efficiency of enterprises, the overall development of human and the whole society's harmony.The conclusion remarks the prospect of the people-oriented management. Pointing out that it is in line with the requirement of the times, and will gradually be accepted in the field of management by all of people.
