A Study Of China 's Urbanization From The Perspective Of "Human - Oriented"

According to the state statistics shows, China urbanization rate had reached53.73%in2013.With the rapid development of urbanization, it has become thenational strategy in the new era. Different from the traditional mode of urbanization，the core of the new urbanization is to follow the "people oriented" principle，that is，not only should we emphasize the pace of urbanization at the same time,but also weshould think more calmly and rationally that how to improve the quality ofurbanization and how to turn the city into a cradle of suitable habitat， whichtakes more and more non city people into city and really enjoy the city civilization.adhering to the "people-oriented" principle and from the human’s perspective toexplore a rode to "human’s urbanization" has a great realistic meaning and profoundhistoric meaning to build a well-off society and accelerate socialist modernizationcomparatively.This paper utilizes Marxism of the correlation theories about urbanization and"People oriented". it discusses the thought of the inherent requirements which is"people-oriented" to contemporary China Urbanization. And then, it analyzes a lot ofproblems and its reasons violating the "people-oriented" principle at the present,and puts forward several countermeasures accordingly, which expected to providetheoretical reference for promoting the healthy development of China newurbanization.This thesis is divided into four parts primarily:The first part, it states Marxism mainly about the related theories of theurbanization and "People oriented”, and lays the theoretical foundation for the writingafter the text.The second part, based on the theory of the first part, the paper analyzes theinherent requirements which is "people-oriented" to contemporary ChinaUrbanization, and proposes following the law of human essence in the urbanizationdevelopment, respecting human’s subject position and promoting all-round individual development of the human.The third part, it investigates a lot of problems violating the "people-oriented"principle at the present in our country, it mainly includes the dislocation of the subjectof urbanization, the deletion of the disadvantaged rights and interests,urban diseaseand so on. And then,it analyzes the representations，causes and damages of theproblems.The forth part, the paper gives targeted measures to solve the problems which arementioned in the third part.
