Research On The Integrated Management System Of Metro Enterprise For Comprehensive Budgeting

As an innovative modern management mode,Integration uses all kinds of methods,means and tools innovatively to integrate the processes,abilities,resources,and other core competencies of the enterprise together.By matching and coordinate of the element each other, the function and advantage of the elements can be spurred,thus the whole function of the system and the powerful competencies of the enterprise are increased multiply.In this thesis,the idea and method of integration are introduced into the comprehensive budget management process of the metro enterprise to resolve the problem of budget management and information system,it has a great significance to realize strategic target and improve management of the enterprise.The structure of this thesis is organized as follow:First,the integration theory is introduced, the status as well as the problem of Metro enterprises and the characteristic of budget management is analyzed.Second,the disadvantages of the budget management and the feasibility and necessity to realize the integration system of comprehensive budget management in metro enterprises is detailed analyzed and researched.Besides,the advantage of the comprehensive budget integrated management system of the metro enterprise is expatiated.Third, an integrated management system covering all parts,employees,operations,functions and processes of metro enterprises is designed,which integrates the operation,organization and stratagem to comprehensive budget management in strategic level,process level and information level to support the business management in metro enterprise.At the end,based on the researching of actual application in a metro enterprise,the method and advice to practice the system is summarized.
