Because of the rise of residential construction costs, the market strong demand for the general commodity residential, and relative shortage of housing supply, and the irrational supply structure and other factors. Finally we should take some measures to the price with actual situation of the housing market in Taiyuan, Through reasonable control of land price increases, and improve the supply structure of the general commodity residential, rectify and standardize the market order, strengthen market supervision, control the general commodity residential market speculation, to guide residents rational investment and consumption. A series of measures to stabilize the price of general commodity residential should be taken; the prices are affordable for residents in Taiyuan the general commodity residential market the sustained and healthy development in Taiyuan.This article integrates the methods of standardized analysis and empirical analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze the price of of general commodity residential in Taiyuan.
