The Research On The Choose Of Reverse Logistics Business Model For Household Appliance Enterprises

Along with the Chinese economics development, China's household appliances have already entered Chinese people's daily life. Since most of the appliances that put into use in last 80's have been discarded , china have entered the peak of obsolescence . as china has not constructed regular reverse logistics system of discarded household appliances, most of them cannot be effectively recycled, and have already been a problem to our enviroment.This article has summarized three kinds of logistics systems of discarded household appliance in china, including : Folk recycling system ,electron garbage disposal center system , supply and marketing cooperative/the commodity recycling center system. This article has analyzied the disadvantage of each system and its application scope. Then the article comes up with three new kinds of systems which may adapts to our country :Household appliances manufacturers alone establish their reverse logistics system, Household appliance manufacturers work together to establish reverse logistics system and Electrical appliance maufacture together with recycling and processing enterprise establish reverse logistics system. At the end of this article, according to the production responsibility system, the author introduces game tool to analyze the choice of the household appliance enterprise ,in order to make the total pollution in the certain area to the least and put forward countermeasures and suggestion for constructing reverse logistics system of discarded household appliances in China.
