The Analysis On The Financial Policy Of China's Management Of The Industrial Hollowing-out

With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's economic development has entered the transition period.And the hollowing-out on industries has emerged in some areas of China and has restricted the further economic development of these areas. Therefore,a number of documents illustrate and analyse this phenomenon.On the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the old industrial base in the northeast of China,Shanghai and Shenzhen,the writer concludes that there is the trend of industrial hollowing-out in the three areas.Based on the difference of the three regions,the writer define the regional characteristics on industrial hollowing-out in the three regions. Furthermore,this article points out how to deal withIndustrial hollowing-out through comparative study of Japan and the United States in transition period.By studying the distinctive characteristics of the three areas,this paper also proposes solutions about how to prevent and deal with the industrial hollowing-out.Meanwhile,according to the experience and lessons of the United States and Japan, we can draw the conclusion that the fundamental way to prevent and eliminate industrial hollowing-out is to improve the independent innovation capability of those national industries in the three regions.Thus the author puts forward the appropriate financial policy.
