| The Automobile sector,as a pillar but a weak industry,is facing a severe challenge in the context of the global economy in the process of continued accelerating integration. With the rapid change in the market demand, shortening of the product life cycle, increasing pressure both in reducing the cost and lifting the service standard,it leads to the increase in quantity of the inventory in each node of the supply chain, which holds a lot of capital and results in a sharp decline in corporate profits, thereby increasing the risk of the enterprise. Therefore, many enterprises have recognized that the traditional independent demand-supply model is not suitable in the current development situation. The multi-level inventory model in the context of supply chain has been recognized and adopted by more and more enterprises.Based on theoretic study and empiric analysis, this paper has given a deep research on the inventory control within automobile enterprises. There are six chapters in this paper. The first part,as an introduction,is to explain the overall purpose, significance and research methods; The second part reviews the study materials on inventory control methods both at home and abroad; The third chapter is mainly analyzing the inventory controlling system.Based on a Series of assumptions,an inventory model suitable for automobile enterprises is established. The fourth chapter analyzes the implementation of the multi-level inventory model within the C Automobile Company, which put forward some corresponding optimized tactics for the above mentioned implementing programs. The fifth chapter compares the management performance difference between before and after the implementation of the multi-level inventory management system,so as to demonstrate whether the management tactics are valid or not.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of this paper. |
