A Study On Financial Support System For Solving Chinese Higher Education Institutes' Financial Distress

Over the past decade,Chinese higher education has experienced a rapid expansion and scale development.But in this period,the insufficient investment on higher education becomes a main factor in restricting the development of itself.Under the influence of macroeconomic background and some practical factors,many colleges and universities have to depend on commercial bank loans to solve the problem of insufficient funding.In recent years,financial crisis is widespread in colleges and universities,"repaying the loan" have become a heavy burden for them.It not only affects the current quality of education, but also confines the future sustainable development.Now,more and more attention has been put on universities' huge debt.How to resolve the financial distress of colleges and universities? How to promote higher education for sustainable development? The above-mentioned questions give scholars a new topic.Consequently,based on the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis,the paper follows "the origin of colleges and universities loan under the financial perspective——duty of public finance——financial measures to resolve the financial distress" as a main line to research,trying to find the best countermeasures to resolve the financial distress in higher education institutes under the financial perspective,thereby improving the financial support of higher education system and promoting fast and better development of higher education.
