The Study On Urbanization Of DaLian City With The Restriction Of Water Resource

Water resource is poor in our country,simultaneously faces the population to grow unceasingly the pressure which,the economy develops continually.Dalian is a city that is a short of water storage severely,the water possessing per capita is only a quarter of the whole country.With the increase of people's life and the rapid development of social economy,water demands of Dalian city has a fast increase,adding on the water pollution ,caused the limited water resources to be more shorter,,water resource shortage has been the confinement factor of sustainable development in Dalian city.Studies on the Dalian water resources and the water environment present situation has the important practical significance to the water resources reasonable use and the region continually development.This study takes theoretic study,investigation,quantum analysis,contrast into account on studying the urbanization of Dalian city with restriction of water resource from the point of theory study,case study,and countermeasure study.Through to Dalian precipitation and water resources total quantity analysis,results in the water resources total quantity to tend to consistently with the precipitation overall change,In the whole presents:the precipitation reduces,water resources total quantity corresponding reduction;the precipitation increases,the water resources total quantity increases correspondingly.Considering two main respects in the development of urbanization to the demand of urban domestic water and insufficiency of offered fresh water,this paper analyzes the relation between urban domestic water and urbanization in Dalian.The result of study shows:(1)The urban domestic water consumption in Dalian has been increasing with the growth of urbanization;(2)The growing rate of urban domestic water consumption in Dalian is slackened quickly,its key reason is that the lack of fresh water resources causes the insufficiency of the urban water supply,the result displays two different stages: 1985-1991 is the first stage,city life water consumption along with urbanized degree growth increasing,the rate of rise also increases progressively;1992-2004 is the second stage,city life water consumption along with urbanized degree growth increasing, but the rate of rise reduces gradually;(3)If the existing bottleneck of fresh water resources is not solved in Dalian,the restriction towards urbanization due to the shortage of the urban water supply will become heavier and heavier.According to this paper,it forecast from 2010to2020 year,the limit rate increases year by year,the average limit rate will achieve to 32.903%.Finally,on the basis of theoretic study and case study,following the principle of saving water,sustainable development,combining the benefit of economy,society and eco-environment,the thesis put forward the countermeasure to guiding the development of Dalian city.
