The Coupling Relation Analysis Between Urbanization And Water Resources In Dalian City

With the acceleration of urbanization,the increase of population and the economy of expansion scale have led to the increase of water resources utilization.At the same time,water resources is also an important driving force for the development of urbanization in Dalian,but urbanization has also brought various water resource problems.With the depletion of water resources and the deterioration of water environment,the restrictive effect on the urbanization development of Dalian has become more and more obvious.Under the background of the sustainable development between urbanization and resources has become global problem,so the development of coordination between urbanization and water resources was even more important.The advancement of urbanization process has led to changes of water utilization,which was directly related to the sustainable development and balance between water system and urbanization system.This paper mainly includes two aspects.On the one hand,the full decomposition model is used to evaluate the effect of urbanization on water utilization change in Dalian from 2001 to 2014,then the driving effects are analyzed.On the other hand,based on the previous content,studying coordination relationship between urbanization and water resources in Dalian.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The influence of Dalian on water resources utilization and its driving effect.Based on the complete decomposition model,the influence of urbanization about water utilization and the driving effect in Dalian is analyzed.According to the calculation results,the change of total water resources was summarized from 2001 to 2014,then the effect of driving water resources utilization is decomposed and analyzed.The conclusion is as follows:The development process of urbanization in Dalian has increased the total amount of water with an increase of 6.827×10~8m~3.During the study period,the total amount of urban water use has increased by 5.420×10~8m~3,and the total amount of water utilization in rural areas has increased by 1.407×10~8m~3,which indicated both urban and rural water utilization increased the total water resources utilization.From the perspective of driving effect,population size and economic scale of the total amount of water changes are incremental effect,economic efficiency and economic structure of its reduction effect is obvious.The efficiency of water resources utilization is gradually increased,the direct technological efficiency of the per capita water resources changes in the incremental effect is obvious,and the direct technological efficiency of the economy on the CNY of GDP water consumption reduction effect is also obvious.(2)Studying about the coupling coordination between Urbanization and Water Resources in Dalian.,Firstly,the evaluation index system of urbanization system and water resources system respectively are constructed in the study.Secondly,using the entropy weight method to calculate the weight of each index and applying the coupling coordination degree model to calculate the coupling degree of urbanization and water resources in Dalian.Finally,the coupling relationship between the two systems is analyzed and the following conclusions are drawn:The coupling degree of urbanization and water resources in Dalian is from 0.2785 to0.8487,which indicates the coupling relationship between urbanization and water resources has been developed in a good direction from 2001 to 2014.During the whole study period,the coupling relationship between urbanization and water resources has been developed from serious imbalance to good coordination,which can be divided into three stages:2001-2002 is an imbalance stage,the urbanization development of Dalian has obviously effect on water resources;2002-2005 is an excessive stage,the coupling degree of this stage increased from0.2785 in 2001 to 0.4304 in 2002,the coupling relationship is a near-imbalance,and the coupling relationship between urbanization and water resources is significantly improved;2005-2014 is the coordination stage,the coupling degree of this stage is 0.6600 in 2006,and the coupling relationship is developed into primary coordination.The coupling relationship between urbanization and water resources is developing in a good direction.The urbanization development lagged behind before 2009,but the water resources level lagged behind.after2009.At the end of this paper,according to the content of the evaluation and the conclusion of the analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions on the urbanization and sustainable development of water resources in Dalian are put forward into the light of actual situation in Dalian,mainly for the sustainable development of urbanization and the sustainable development of water resources.
