| The circle of cities formed with the strengthen of civic radiation and conglomerate has become the new unit of area development. Different from the former unit of development of the administrative area economy, with poor compositionism and weak radiant and induced effect the circle of cities is hard to coordinate. The solution channel is to set up a reasonable city-town system. Based on analysis of a vast amount of material, this essay evaluates the present development situation of the city-town system of the city circle of Jinan and studies its dynamic change. It also distinguishes the advantage and disadvantage to the development of city-town. According to all of this, it predict the development trend of the city-town system of the city circle of Jinan and proposes optimizing policy to the three key items of the city-town system of the city circle. What's more, some suggestions are offered for building and perfecting the city circle of Jinan.The main content and its conclusion of this essay:(1) Based on the formed scale of the city circle of Jinan, the economic hinterland of Jinan city--the core of the circle can be divided into four types of hinterlands according to Zhou yixing's economy—relating model and economy—dependence model: Zhangqiu, Qihe, Tai'an as the close hinterland; Zibo, Feicheng, Laiwu, Yucheng, Jiyang and other counties as the comparatively close hinterland; Pingyin, Xintai, Pingyuan, Liaocheng, Chiping, Gaotang as the competition hinterland; others as the marginal hinterland.(2)According to SPSS software package, which concerns the amount of cities, the benefits, the level of science and education as well as culture and hygiene, the connection with outside and the protection of environment and other aspects in reflecting the comprehensive economic strength, I choose 16 indicators to analyze the determiner and evalue comprehensively the comprehensive strength of the cities of the circle .I also study the basement for construction and mechanism of the formation of Jinan city-circle and I got the conclusion: Jinan as the provincial capital gets the highest score-9.92; Zibo as the core city on the second level gets 8.77;Tai'an city, Xintai, Laiwu, Zhangqiu and Feicheng get more than 2 scores; Zouping gets higher score than the other cities and thus can be the main county of development.(3) The study of the structure of the grade of scale of cities and towns has break through the former limitation of just analyzing the population scale, instead, it takes the economic level, the condition for development and the population scale of the area as the indicators and makes up the structure of the grade of scale of Jinan urban circle by classifying and analyzing the date with DPS software. It also makes quantified study the structure of the grade of scale according to the population scale which counts a lot. Up to the plan, the structure of the grade of scale of cities and towns of Jinan urban circle shows us a picture: Jinan and Zibo as the double core cities on the first level; Tai'an on the second level; Laiwu, Zhangqiu, Xintai, Feicheng, Zouping, Dezhou, Liaocheng, Binzhou on the third level.(4) The fictional structure of the cities and towns. This paper adopts regression analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis and other polyphyletic statistica analytic methods to study the functional characteristics and classification. The specific process of the study includes data preprocessing, extracting the factors for the functional characteristics of the cities, and comprehensively classifying the functional type of the cities. It divides the cities of Jinan urban circle into six urban functional types and offers suggestions to perfect each city according to the guide of the urban functional structure of the plan and its present situation.(5)The space structure of the cities and towns. On the concentrating development process, Jinan urban circle space structure shows the feature of emanation, main communications artery as its principal connection. We should design the urban space structure as"two poles, one region, five axles"and hasten the development of urban network and the unification of city and town according to the space development strategy"strengthen the core, increase polyphyletic, make linkwork among areas, take county as support", concerning the space distribution of the grade of city scale and functional structure.Based on the preceding study, this essay proposes corresponding countermeasure and suggestion including establishing a mechanism for different areas to coordinate, reforming the control mechanism, strengthening the connection to the external. All the stage of the construction in the hope of help the construction and development of Jinan urban economic circle. |
