More and more foreign enterprises are entering into China in the company of strategy of reform and opening-up going further, which has brought us adequate capital and solved employment issue greatly as well as serious market competition at the same time. China has been worthy of the name of "World Factory" in this period, and in order to permanently keep it's invincible position, China has attracted foreign investment as much as possible and recombined many state owned company which is quite necessary.New challenge happened in many global groups without precedent in history since financial crisis's coming in 2008. It is commonly used to take some advice on cost saving to survive themselves during that demanding time,such as closing the factory at a loss, cutting down amount of employees and salary, mergers and corporation restructure, best examples like some leading companies Intel and Siemens are also included. It is gradually waking up some CEO's awareness that in order to solve the conflict in and out, the only one way is to optimize the organization structure if the one who wants to pull through successfully.Based on a series of organization change theories, the text is a case study which gives us a clear picture on DHL, three main issues included:internal structure conflict, cross culture background and the descending customer satisfaction. Making further research on current main problems and aligning the reason and solution related after fully analyzing theorganization structure of previous and current DHL.It comes to conclusion on the necessary condition to have structure reformed through localized strategy and improve employee's welfare treatment. As it is in prospective vision, greatly hope may it be helpful to DHL.
