Analysis Of Taihang Mountainous Areas Land Resource Utilization In Hebei Province And Establishing Database

A study on the land use has been an important field all the time of the earth's surface scientific research for a long time. The land in the human society livelihood is the most basic and important producer goods, which is the country most important strategic resources. Along with society's development and progress, the land resource reasonable and effective use becomes more and more important. Our country with a large population and the limited land resource, therefore farmland and reserve resources are relative insufficiency. How to make our land resource been developed reasonableness, highly effective, which related to the national economy and society's sustainable development can realize smoothly.To a great extent, an area's land resource structure condition has reflected its local natural resource condition and the socio-economic development condition and the structure. The land utilization structure's research is recognized as an important way to know a region's natural resource and the socio-economic development.It has important guiding sense for using the region land resource under reasonably implement,effective supervision and control ,as well as adjusting the region industry layout.This research takes the Hebei Taihang mountainous area 25 county and city's 1:10000 land resource data map as a foundation, takes the geographic information system as the tool, the application software project theory and the method, unifies Visual the Basic programming language, referencese correlation technique regulations, develops the Hebei Taihang mountainous area land resource utilization database. The database realized the graph, the form data, the text data to carry on the input, the revision, the deletion, map browsing roaming, the attribute and the spatial data inquiry, the graph, the documents printout, functions system maintenance and so on. The land resource utilization space pattern analysis part, mainly included the land resource quantity, the land utilization degree, the land utilization structure, the utilization diversification index, the centralized index, the region combination type as well as the cluster analysis method quantitative analysis Hebei Taihang mountainous area land utilization quantity structure, the land utilization present situation and the spatial combination characteristic. By using diverse index, centralized index, region combination type as well as cluster analysis method quantitative, it has analyzed the Hebei Taihang mountainous area land utilization quantity structure, the land utilization present situation and the spatial combination characteristic.The result indicated: The total area of Hebei Taihang mountainous area is 3,132,885 hectares, which occupies the entire province total land area's 16.7%. And, the agricultural land area is 1,581,570.50 hectares, account for the total acreage 50.48%. The construction land area is 277,378.01 hectares, account for the total acreage 8.85%. Unutilized land area is 1,273,936.57 hectares, account for the total acreage 40.67%. The average per person land area is 0.325 hectare (equal to 4.87 Chinese acres), which is higher than the Hebei Province average per person land area 0.282 hectare (equal to 4.20 Chinese acres).While the average per person cultivated area is 0.078 hectare (equal to 1.17 Chinese acres), which is lower than the Hebei Province average per person cultivated area 0.095 hectare (equal to 1.43 Chinese acres).The Hebei Taihang mountainous area land utilization's diverse index is high, and the differences among each county and city's land utilization diversification index is very big. The centralized analysis and the diverse analysis result is exactly opposite. The land utilization type plants crops, the forest land and has not used the landlord, the transportation and the water conservancy facilities land are few, the land utilization integrated function is bad.The farmland,forest land and unutilized land are resides in the dominant position.
