Hebei Taihang Mountain Area Of ​​land Use Dynamic Change And Sustainable Use Of Evaluation Research

Land resources are the material foundation that human society depends on to exist and develop ,and they are the main sources to create the wealth of the society. Realizing the sustainable using of land resources is the basic starting point of promoting resources, environment,economy and social sustainable development. Hebei Taihang Mountain area lies in the west of Hebei province. It is an important ecological barrier and water conservation to Beijing,Tianjin and Huabei plain. However the ecosystem of Hebei Taihang Mountain area is fragile and sensitivity evidently. Developing the research of dynamic change of land using and evaluation of sustainable using in Hebei Taihang Mountain area not only can discuss deeply the dynamic change of land using and the sustainable development but also can provide a foundation for analyzing the status of the present land using. The project can improve the using measures of land and realize the sustainable using of land resources. We can obtain the experience of the project and take it as our model for the sustainable development of other ecology fragile area as well. So the research and evaluation on Hebei Taihang Mountain area is of very important practical on immediate significance.According to the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province"The study of the impact mechanism and optimization model on water cycle of land use/cover change in Hebei Taihang Mountain"(No. 403163), I take Hebei Taihang Mountain area and five land using area as the basic unit of research and analyzes the dynamic change course of land using in Hebei Taihang Mountain in the light of mathematics model in terms of the change of area and speed of land using, space change, regional difference, the space structure of land using etc.. The principle of my writing the thesis is the combination of theory and practice. The research basis of the thesis is to expatiate the aim, meaning and research improvement of dynamic change and sustainable using. Then I constructs the sustainable index evaluation system of land using of Hebei Taihang Mountain area with the Delphi method , analyze and evaluate land resources of this area in terms of production, stability, economic feasibility,and society acceptability etc. in the thesis. I can draw a conclusion from the research. There are more people but small land. People misuse arable land seriously. There are eco-environment degradation,the frequent natural disasters,low efficiency of land using and the quickly increasing of land area of urban and rural residents in Hebei Taihang Mountain area. The above-mentioned factors are the main reasons that seriously restrict the sustainable using of land resources .The practical measures are put forward on the basis of analyzing the results in Hebei Taihang Mountain area.The achievements of the thesis are as the following:(1)making the quantitative analysis and calculation to the pattern of transformation, process and regional characteristics of Hebei Taihang Mountain area during 14 years by using mathematics statistics and mathematical model;(2)firstly constructing a relatively reasonable index evaluation system of land sustainable using of Hebei Taihang Mountain area and making a systematic evaluation to the state of land sustainable using.(3)Proposing the unsolved problems of land sustainable using of Hebei Taihang Mountain area and the corresponding measures.
