The reform of China's land market has experienced nearly 30 years Since 198O.In this three decades,urban land market has been transformed to"non-gratuitous,shaving a term,allowing currency"under Market economy from"gratuitous,non-limit,unable currency"under Planned economy.The way of selling urban land by bidding,auction, hanging out one's shingle has became dominant instead of allotting.However,unignored problems of urban land transfer market also emerged in practice.Specially,because there is not one choice standard in the selling land ways,it caused using confusion in the selling land ways.In order to solve the question of using confusion in the selling land ways.This paper firstly identifies drawbacks of land transfer system,as well as problems in and after the process of land transfer.Interpretative structural modeling in system engineering is used to make the structural model of a proper choice of selling land ways for solving the present situation of orderless or single selling land way.This model helps to resolve the problem of selection of present selling land ways,which is beneficial to the health development of land market.In addition,on the basis of analysis, policy and recommendations are given to improve selling land ways.It can also provide recommendations for government policies and improve land transfer market.
