Coal has accounted for more than 80%in our primary energy production and consumption,which is very important to our country's energy.With the increasing demand for energy,mining construction- project is bound to increase,and its main project is a kind of special Engineering.At home and abroad,incidence of insecurity causes in coal mine every year,which is caused by heavy losses to the country and the safety of people's lives and property,so it is more important of maintenance costs after Roadway engineering's production.In the underground engineering's feasibility study, the cost of the construction period is only emphasized to the neglect of operational maintenance costs,it would be a very serious problem.It is a direct impact on the economic benefits of mining enterprises.So it will be life cycle cost management thinking applies in the Mine Shaft Engineering,which is a very practical significance.Management of Life Cycle Cost includes the construction period and operation period of the construction costs to determine,and including all stages controlling of life cycle cost.The entire Project life cycle cost management is to ensure the project quality and the use of functions,under the premise.It achieve the construction period and operation period to minimize the total cost of management.The management idea is considered a project in the whole life cycle cost of the construction period and operation period of the cost of the scientific management ideas,The entire Project life cycle cost management is more sophisticated and comprehensive than the use of the whole process of cost management.In this paper,BP neural networks and mathematics Unascertained mathematical method has been applied to the entire Project life cycle cost management of underground engineering.In the history of mine construction cost information based on the proposed,it estimate mine project life-cycle cost.Under this program,it is the construction of underground works and provide a theoretical basis.BP neural network construction period for the mine project cost determined Unascertained Roadway Engineering Mathematics applied to determine the cost of operating period,which has been mine the whole project life-cycle cost.Cost analysis of the characteristics of underground engineering,and mine works stages throughout the life cycle analysis to a phased,it is targeted to the mine project cost controlling.It is a lot of theoretical and practical significance to underground engineering in the application of the entire project life cycle cost management.
