The Research On Evaluation Of The Tourism Exploitation Potential Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Not only as one of special cultural asset, but also as a kind of new and important tourism resource, intangible culture heritage exploitation attracted many scholars' attention. It needs protections as a fragile and scarce cultural asset and it is waited exploitation and use considered as important tourism resource. Therefore, it is important to identify which is suitable to tourism exploitation of culture, which is not couraged to use ,for tourism activity, and which is suitable to cultural tourism exploitation under supervision. The research of intangible culture heritage is late in our country, it is still in the theory of protection and exploitation of the intangible culture heritage, the measurement is rare. In this paper, the author put forward a simple operation assumption, which discusses how to construct an evaluation model and an evaluation indicator system, and use this method to measure the potential of exploitation of Sangzhi folk song ,a kind of Zhangjiajie intangible culture heritage, to make it practical and maneuverability.After reading lots of literature, 39 secondary index was put forward. Through three cyclesexperts questionnaire, tourists and the citizens research and the use of SPSS to remand and choose the index, which found a system of interest related, tourism product, value of the intangible culture heritage and the capacity of the intangible culture heritage. It was called intangible culture heritage tourism exploitation potential measurement model. In the end, 33 secondary indexes was decided, to measure the potential of intangible culture heritage tourism explotation. By the scoring /estimation of these secondary indexes of sangzhi fame songs by experts, tourism and citizen to decide the market attraction of sangzhi fame songs—the distribution of load capacity in matrix. It is known that Sangzhi folk songs possess deep potention, however, it is also face the problem of the low conscious of citizen, obsense of the material and space carriers, and sacrity of a deep research on the heritage value. Base on these problem, We give the solution of enhence the community participation, effectively carrierize, deep dig the folk song value, and cultivate excellent cultural inheritors.
