The Study On Fujian-Taiwan FSE Tourism Exploitation From The Perspective Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage

As a emerging tourist type, FSE Tourism plays a major role in raising awarenessof destinations, regulating the contradiction of peak season and slack season,preserving traditional culture and promoting sustainable development. Now, it hasbecome a hot issue in western tourism research and entered a fast-developing stage.However, FSE Tourism in China is in a groping stage: Concept and classification arestill vague, and the research of it is lack of scientifically-sound theoretical foundation.Under the worldwide background, it’s necessary for us to accord with the trend ofglobalization and increase the FSE Tourism investment.Fujian and Taiwan District has five special advantages over other areas. Theseare industry, geography, consanguinity, culture and religion. Thanks to the wholewidetendency and background,the Fujian-Taiwan FSE tourism has come into aboom,which is especially deeply promoted by the signment of ECFA and the StraitsFormula。The festival events are specialized with its typical non-material culturalheritage and have an amazing affect. The traditional culture of Fujian and Taiwandiverse the content and enrich the cultural connotation of the FSE tourism, and also aplatform is provided with for the live fluidization. Studying on the development ofFujian Taiwan-related FES tourism,on the non-material cultural heritage view, has adecisive affect on strengthening straits communication and corporation，as well aspromoting straits harmony and unity.Under the guidence of the theory of sustainable development and cultural softpower, this article has discussed the exploration of FSE Tourism in Fujian and Taiwanfrom the perspective of the intangible cultural heritage, which includes seven parts.Firstly, it introduces the research’s background, meaning, methods and theorybasis,setting up a system for the whole passage. On the basis of this, the articledefines FSE Tourism, makes a detailed partition and sorts out the relationship betweeninheritors protection and FSE Tourism, which provides a reliable foundation for thefollowing research. Secondly, it makes an elaborate analysis on Space-timedistribution by network data and the information collected, finding festival events areunevenly distributed in space, which mainly concentrated on some economicallydeveloped areas, such as Xiamen, Quanzhou and so on. The holidays only have3to5days, so it belongs to short-term festival events. Then, the author surveyed theparticipants’ expectation and perception, discovering the problems existing in FSE Tourism. Finally, for these problems, it has proposed a series of developmentmeasures: Marketization of development strategy, optimization of target market,branding of FSE activities, living the use of non-heritage, creativeness of soft power,cooperative of cross-Straits application and so on.
