With the vigorous development of inbound tourism in China, South Korea has become the second biggest tourist market of China and the most important source of tourists market of Hunan's inbound tourism,so it is of great practical significance to research the South Korea travel market. Therefore,this paper tries to study the influences that the destination factors have on the travelling policy-making of South Korean tourists as well as test the degree of their influence based on the previous research,on purpose of providing some reference to help the destinations and tourism enterprises gain advantages in the competition.Through an overall review of relevant literatures and interview,the paper has determined the influence factors target;according to the data gained by the survey,it has gained some conclusions with the outcome of the statistical analysis by SPSS statistic software as follows:①The factors influencing the travel decision-making conclude:accessibility security attraction and expence;②The factors influencing the tourist recommendation decision-making conclude:cost image foundation service and accessibility;③The different cognition on the travel decision-making and recommendation decision-making are affeeted by the tourist's charaeters and the other things related to the tourism,simultaneously various destination factors also have different influences on the tourist's travel decision-making and the recommendation decision-making;④Tourist's cognition toward destinations is mainly through ways of relatives and friends,magazines and TV columns on traveling,tourism pamphlets,traveling web sites, traveling agency,among which the most important way is through relatives and friends.Obviously their recommendation is important to expand new touristsas well as an important aspect in our destination marketing..The last part of the paper provides some pieces of suggestion to the travel destination and tourism enterprises as far as the marketing is concerned:The travel destination must accurately localize the target market according to the tourist's age and professional characteristics;The travel destination should utilize various promotion methods to carry out target-oriented promotion;The travel destination should keep upgrading the quality of the traveling service as well as updating the activities and establish the tourist database to raise the tourist's loyalty.The travel destination should highlight the safety issue's huge influence on tourists when they select the destination,also strengthen the construction both of the hard environment and the soft environment in scenic area.
