In the 21 st century, economic globalization not only did exacerbate the intensity of international competition across various industries, but also changed the pattern of traditional international division of labor. It leads to a foundational shift in terms of industrial environment in different countries, resulting in promotion of career changes.Occupational classification is a common technique when analyzing the development of occupation at the national level.Such classification techniques tend to provide positive impact on the macroeconomic development at the national level and the transformation of the business model at enterprise level.Through the implementation of occupational classification strategy,it allows the state to achieve human-capital classification management, and to improve the efficiency of the usage of production means. However, the misuse of macroeconomic factors in the process of occupational classification will lead to potential malformation of human resource market, endangering the healthy development of the economy. The empirical analysis of this pager focuses on the impact of labor input and output in the modern service industry on occupation development through structural decomposition analysis(SDA)model. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of the macroeconomic impact factors in the official publication of the 1999 edition of the Professional Occupational Classification Framework, while combining with the revision work of the 2015 edition. The author pointed out that "economic globalization plays a key role in modern service industry, and through the change of industry structure, economic globalization on the changes in industrial structure led to the occupation development in the modern service industry.More importantly, this paper also build models using factor analysis techniques to examine how the occupation development of modern service industry has been influenced by the aforementioned factors, enable it to provide solid policy suggestions on improving the dynamic renewal system of professional classification framework in China. The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Combining the theory of international economics, modern industrial economics, western economics and industrial organization, this paper combed and analyzed the basic theory and literature of economic globalization, modern service industry and career change at home and abroad. The paper analyzed the relationship between the modern service industry and other industries in the national economy, and employed the input-output analysis method to study the relationship between the economic globalization and the modern service industry. In addition, this paper also examined the relationship between the modern service industry and the overall economy via the industrial association theory,input-output analysis among other methods.Industry.Based on the relevant national policies and internationalization of modern service industry in China, this paper expounded the economic globalization and the development process of China's modern service, and analyzed the economic globalization from both theoretical and empirical aspects.(2)This thesis provides a review on the international labor organization and the occupational classification practice in the United States,Britain,Canada,Germany,Japan and other countries. In addition, this paper also provides comparative analysis in the following three aspects: the classification rules, classification content, and classification management. The study found that the influence of economic work as a hidden factor, and its formation, development and the its impact on the occupation development are closely related to the social and historical conditions and economic background.Based on the quantitative analysis mechanism of occupational change, this paper summarized the data processing and quantitative analysis methods in relation to factors affecting the economic globalization. It also analyzed the internal mechanism of the impact of economic globalization on the occupation development in modern service industry, leading to the empirical study in this area. This paper conducted a comprehensive and in-depth study on the modern service class change from three aspects: theory, data and methodology. It revealed the influence law of economic globalization in modern service industry. Not only did the paper show that there was a strong correlation between the employment structures at industrial and enterprise levels,it also quantified the factors that affect the changes of the industry and of the profession itself, the intensity and direction of such change. This paper also considered the structural break in time-series quantitative analysis.(3)This paper collected and summarized the China's service industry data from input, output and employment aspects from 2007 to 2012.It also analyzed the current status of China's modern service industry under the economic globalization. Moreover,it examined the influencing mechanism of the modern service industry in China from both internal and external perspectives. The research identified three key challenges: unbalanced regional development in the modern service industry in China;the difficulties associated with occupational development;and low level of international competitiveness. The paper also found that some key measurement remained stable, such as the labor force coefficient, labor force input coefficient of employment, meaning no significant change between the employment population and the industry-related investment in the service industry. It indicates that input and output theory cannot be used to explain the occupation development and trends in the service industry.Instead, such development and trends are under the influence of some more complex extrinsic factors.,As such,Occupation development is facing a more complex situation due the increasingly open environment of the labor market in China.(4)Based on the unique characteristic of this era,the development characteristics and foundation in the area of economic globalization, this paper analyzed the evolution of the distributions of the three key industries using the industrial-occupational structure model to examine the occupation development and national industrial data. The paper also comprehensively reviewed the main problems of occupation development in the service industry. In addition,it employed the multi-element and multi-level technique to examine the correlation between economic globalization and occupation development. This research also analyzed the changes in the structure of modern service industry, explained the proportion of the various sectors of the national economy, and identified the relationship between the characteristics of various types of demand for different departments and the characteristics of these relationships. The result shows a formation of a new industrial production division of labor model, which promotes the changes of industrial structures and leads the modern service industry career activities.(5)This paper analyzes and predicts the concrete influence of the economic globalization in the modern service industry via employing the industrial association model from three aspects: economic globalization, modern service industry and career change.Through the industrial association model to study the interdependence between the various departments of the national economy production, this paper sorted out the industrial association table. It also revealed that the various interrelationships of the national economy replied on the relationship between the structures. The same and highly specialized components are integrated into a whole.Through the analysis of the relationship, the specific way of economic globalization affecting the career change of modern service industry is the change of industrial employment structure caused by the change of industrial structure, which leads to the change of occupational employment structure and the phenomenon of career change.(6)Using both quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper drew lessons from the success of international occupation classification to provide specific recommendations from four aspects: top-down framework redesign, core techniques, establishment of a successful team, and organization and implementation standards.(7)The analysis and research results of this paper provide solid insights to understand the impact of economic globalization on the occupation development of modern service industry in China. It not only lays the foundations for the revision of the national occupational classification framework, but also provides important references when it comes to dynamic updates of the occupational classification framework.
