Study On The Industrial Mechanism Of Hunan Province "3+5" Urban Clusters Space Propulsion

At the end of 2004,following the development of Chinese eastern parts,the development of Chinese western regions,and the revitalization of Northeast,Chinese central authority puts forward,for the first time, the developmental strategy of Rise of Central China,creating a new strategic platform for Hunan Province.The development of "3+5" Urban Agglomeration and space propulsion is the rational choice to promote the region competitive power and to drive the economic development of Hunan Province.Therefore,the industrial mechanism of the outward advancement of "3+5" city cluster from the core of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan becomes current urgently needed research topic.At the conclusion of urban cluster space propulsion general pattern foundation,combining the present status of spatial structure of urban agglomeration,it elaborates that urban cluster space propulsion needs to follow the three steps from Metropolitan Area,Metropolitan Encircles to Urban Agglomeration,and the space propulsion pattern at various stages be core emission,circle level expansion,multi-central network.The article utilizes one Yuan or mathematical statistic methods and so on multivariate linear regression analysis carries on the statistical analysis to each kind of factor,obtains "3+5" the urban cluster various industrial development present situation quantitative data.On this basis,with the combination of "3+5" urban cluster industrial present situation,studies its space propulsion industrial mechanisms,such as industry restructure,spatial coordination and so on,and proposes measures on industrial association, industrial shift and so on.
