Research On The Driving Mechanism Of Green Industry In City A

It’s been pointed out at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that the green development is the way of the future.And many regions tried to explore new industrial models in combination with their own characteristics when facing the pressure of saving resources and renewable energy,environment,ecology and unreasonable industrial structure.However,in the actual economic operation,there are a series of problems,such as imperfect legal system,contradiction between economic interests and the natural environment,conflicts among individual interests,social and collective interests.Based on this,this paper takes the industry of City A in Jiangsu Province as the case and analyzes the basic development theory and driving mechanism of green industry according to the basic status of industrial development in this city,which is of great significance to strengthen the guidance,regulation and control of local government,give full play to the role of policy guarantee,make reasonable planning,and promote the industrial greenization of city A.This paper takes the green industry of city A as the research target,uses various analysis methods to define the core concepts of green industry and industrial greenization,analyzes the current situation of industrial greenization of city A,extracts and classifies the driving factors,and then constructs the driving mechanism model ofgreenization based on the interaction between the driving forces.Finally,on the basis of development status of different industries in city A,this paper proposes the guidance strategy of industrial greenization in two dimensions of government and market.The whole paper mainly launches from the following several parts.Firstly,the paper carries on the theory analysis.By summarizing the previous exploration of industrial greenization,the author defines concepts and connotations related to industrial greenization.Then,by analyzing and referring to the relationship between domestic and foreign governments,combining with China’s basic national conditions and the specific situationof city A,the author discusses the relationship between government and market,which lays foundation for the design of driving mechanism and proposal of relevant countermeasuresfrom perspective of government and market.Secondly,the paper carries on feature analysis of industrial greenization life cycle of industry.Industrial greenization life cycle refers to a long and complex evolution process from the beginning to the end of these four industries.These four development phases are different,and each phase has its own sub-development stages.The following paper will analyze different industries in different phases according to the actual situation.After the introduction of the characteristics of different phases,this paper will attach an example analysis of the relevant industries in city A,thus to summarize the specific characteristics of different industries in different phases in city A,and further analyze the causes of characteristics of these industries.Then on the basis of the above analysis and after understanding the green development level of different industries,the author carries out SWOT analysis which which focus on advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of these industries in the follow-up greenization process,so as to find the constraints and breakthroughs,and also lay the foundation for further optimization and greenization.Thirdly,the paper carries on PSR model analysis of industrial greenization in City A.Industrial greenization is a dynamic process,in which various factors inside and outside the industryinfluence each otherin different time,space and dimensions.Based on greenization cycle characteristics of City A,SWOT analysis,induction of influence factors and extraction of driving force,this part focuses on the analysis of relationship between the internal and external effects of driving force to evaluate the development of City A’s industrial greenization.Finally,according to growth cycle analysis of the above industries,analysis of different industries ofCity A in different periods,analysis of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of different industries,and analysis of the pressure and state in PSR Model,the following questions are answered to better ensure that the driving forcealways plays a positive role.this paper makes a reasonable explanation and induction,and also puts forward appropriate countermeasures.
