This Paper is written to show a concise description of time management concept, its development and the key theories, introduce the interaction between the time management and the different factors of the sales, make analysis and provide suggestions on how to improve the time management in sales work.The time management was developed through five stages: cock, mouse, polar bear, wolves and panda. Time can be also managed through identifying the assignments into four quadrants. The author has introduced the Pareto principle and Smith principle. The time management of sales can be affected by three factors: the employment attitude, the position in entity, the sales pressure. Several bad time management habits are also listed in this paper. To improve the time management of sales, the author has presented five ways: time diagnosis and rational distribution, assignment's priority identification, no delay and doing it just now, review in time and adjustment, efficient assistance of CRM system.The principal idea of this paper is efficient time management especially on how to design time distribution rationally in sales, evaluate the profit of the key assignments, use the principle of importance first, choose the efficient time management tools, carry out the plan in action, adjust your time based on actual situation. Then the time can be exerted to reach the most efficiency and profit. Therefore, the author has discussed mainly the time management with characteristic of the sales work.
