The Research Of Changing The Chinese Economic Development Mode In The Open Economy

In the economy globlization ,China has attracted the word-wide attention by the achievment in the reform and open process during almost 30 years. But at the speedy growth on economy, Chinese economic development mode based on high resource consumption and heavy pollution brings us the shortage of the natural source and the deteriorate of the ecological environment, which restrains the sustainable development of Chinese economy ,so this paper will launch the research on this issue.In order to sustain the development of Chinese economy in the background of the economy globalization, This paper researches by combining with the method of standardized analysis and empirical analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, historical analysis and logic analysis.The author takes scholar's ideas of domestic and foreign about the open economy, the economic growth and the economy (growth) development model as the theoretical foundation, and the US-Japan's economic development mode under open economy as the practice foundation, has analyzed present situation of the Chinese open economy, open economy on the impact of economic development model, present situation of the Chinese economic development mode and the reason of changing the economic development mode. The research obtains the characteristics of the Chinese economic development mode that a large numbers of investment in fixed assets and exports maintain the rapid Chinese economy growth,but TFP and consumer demand is weak for the promotion of economic growth under the present Chinese open economy level of development.The innovation lies in that the article obtains the economic development goal mode under the open economy from the advantages of the open economy, the mobility of production factors, through the comparative analysis of the United States and Japan economic development mode under open economy. The paper analysizes the gap between the Chinese economic development mode and the goal mode by the empirical research.The author think it is necessary to improve the level of Chinese open economy for changing the Chinese current economic development mode ,and proposes some feasible countermeasures from this angle for changing economic development mode .
