A Study About How The Social Security Concept Affect The Re-employment Preparation Behavior

How to solve the problem of the re-employment of unemployment in China is important to people's livelihood. This study focused on the the influence of the size and role of way of social security concept of the unemployed to the re-employment preparation behavior. This study based on the survey data of The Wuhan City, Hubei Province ,detailed description of status of social security concept of the unemployed and re-employment preparation behavior, use path analysis method to discuss personal background of the unemployed characteristics direct impact on re-employment preparation behavior and indirect effect on re-employment preparation behavior through the social security concept.This study in accordance with the ideas start like described the status, analyzed affecting factors and interpreted outcome . In the part of describing status, starting with the three aspects :the satisfaction of policies of the government or government and the community to provide employment services ,the view of the minimum livelihood guarantee, the view of the unemployment insurance ,to study of the social security concept status of unemployed,and then through three angles:the status of enjoying government policy or accept government or community employment services, and the utilization situation of re-employment channels,and job searching results to inspect the status of unemployed re-employment preparation behavior; in the factors analysis part,using of the path analysis, using the data from the operation proceeds for the status of the unemployed social security concept and re-employment preparations behavior to establish the path analysis model to study the acts of force size and role of the social security concept of the unemployed to re-employment preparation behavior; in the interpretation and analysis of the results part, summarized in this study's conclusion that the influence of social security concept to re-employment preparation behavior is not significant, is still mainly subjected of the directly affected of background characteristics of the unemployed.Based on these conclusions, for the characteristics of the social security concept and re-employment preparation behavior of unemployed,talked about that the solution way out for laid-off workers is focusing on both resettlement and re-employment, improving the employment competitiveness of unemployed, promoting positive interaction of the minimum livelihood guarantee and employment , the need for China unemployment insurance system reform and other policy recommendations.
