It finds that the re-employment values have only a little impact on the re-employment behavior. Based on the conclusions, the study holds the opinion that the change of the unemployed values will not make great contribution to the unemployment behavior. It is owed to the limitation of the chance of re-employment and the exclusion coming from the employer. Finally, some advice is given according to the conclusions.
