Since China’s reform and opening up,The socialist market economic system is changing quickly,The comprehensive national strength enhanced markedly,People’s living standards improved significantly,science and technology developed rapidly,International status improved.Along with the economic growth speed slow,economic structure optimization and upgrading of the economic development in the new normal will inevitably bring all aspects of social life the influence of different level,as a vital to people’s livelihood of employment is no exception.Under the economic development’s new normal,employment situation in China is facing a new challenge,the focus of employment related issues and research will help to China’s economic and social stability,healthy and sustainable development,in developing the public employment service and perfect is the foundation of promoting employment,stable employment.especially for unemployed personnel is the important guarantee of basic living.This paper studies the main content is the effect evaluation of unemployed personnel after accept the public employment,the research object is the public employment service of the unemployed and the analysis of the actual effect of unemployed personnel to accept the public employment service,through the reflection of effect evaluation of employment service execution.Besides,the study of beijing chaoyang district unemployed personnel to accept employment services,with the method of quantitative research,making a questionnaire of unemployed personnel to accept employment services that the results compared with the expected goal, the actual demand compared with service provision,from a different angle to evaluate the effect of the implementation of employment service.Through the unemployed after accepting employment service satisfaction reflect the problem,find the reasons put forward effective suggestions,to obtain employment of personnel of unemployment of to promote employment,security is of great significance.At the same time,conform to build the city of full employment trends in beijing.
