| China is a large agricultural country, the straw resource is rich. Although the straw resource has a high recycling value, because of the poor recycling logistics channels, the phenolmenon of burning straw has been repeating. It not only causes the waste of the straw resource, but also pollutes the local environment. It's becoming a serious social problem. So there is an urgent need for the establishment of an effective straw recycling logistics system in China in order to achieve the straw resourcing, protecting environment, the commercialization and marketization of the straw resource, and promote the industrialization of the straw recycling.In the above background, this paper studies on the problem of construction and value-added benefits of straw recycling logistics system.Firstly, this paper analyzes the varieties, the quantities, the distribution situations, the ways to recycle and the recycling status of straw in China, and the main problems of straw recycling in China, by arranging the relevant documentations and using the data of China Statistical Yearbook. Secondly, by using the eco-economy theory, the circular economy theory and the logistics system theory, this paper proposes the objectives and principles of constructing straw recycling logistics system in China, summarizes the system elements, structures and processes, thereby guiding the work to construct straw recycling logistics system in China. Thirdly, from the point of the qualitative analysis, quantitative research and empirical analysis of view, this paper studies the value-added benefits of straw recycling logistics system in China in order to get the straw recycling logistics system in the optimal space structure. Finally, based on the research of the construction and value-added benefits of straw recycling logistics system in China, this paper proposes four policy recommendations of constructing straw recycling logistics system in China, providing decision support to relevant departments in China.This paper's innovation is making a ground-breaking research on the construction and value-added benefits of straw recycling logistics system in China, the research results obtained not only lays the foundation for follow-up study, but also can be used to guide practice. |
