Corporate culture is a kind of cultural accumulation in the process of long-term development of enterprises,with the objectivity of its existence,the diversity of performance.Once the corporate culture has been formatted,it will have a certain degree of stability,similarly,the corporate culture in different internal and external environment may be a positive culture,may also be a negative cultural transformation. Enterprises,with major changes to the external environment,or being about to have major changes,should adjust the culture.The reorganization of the telecommunications industry in 2008,is the largest movements in the history of the communications industry, related to the resolution of a number of main telecommunications companies.China Unicom is the only one company is the only one company which is related not only to separation but also to the combination.After the corporate restructuring,the re-integration process of corporate culture is also needed.In this paper,the analysis and discuss are made on the building of telecommunication corporate culture after the reorganization with the example of China Unicorn Beijing branch.China Unicorn Beijing Branch is a typical representation in this telecommunications reconstruction.Dealing with the culture rebuild well can solve the problem in the CU group as well.Culture construction in China Unicorn Beijing Branch is a reference for the others telecommunications in the history of reform of economy and social.It will improve the study of theory of enterprise culture and the development of the practice of enterprise culture construction.In this paper,the basic theory researching of corporate culture was proposed firstly. And based on the analysis,the diversity and historic nature of Corporate Culture were focused on.Specifically,we investigated on China Unicom Beijing Branch which is classified in municipal operator according to current status of Corporate Culture. Proposed that to strengthen the building of enterprise culture needs considering the business characteristics,keeping the cultural innovation,people-oriented,using the scientific concept of development.The article has persisted in a dialectical and developmental viewpoint,and the method of idiographic analysis and demonstration to carry through the research.The issues and the opinions it points out are objective,pertinent and facile,and are significant in both theory and practice.
