Since the 1950 s,the theory of corporate culture has been gradually formed in Western countries.Even in many multinational enterprises,the germination of corporate culture can be traced back to a hundred years.China's telecom industry has a long history,and has gone through acomplex evolution.As state property policies continued to adjust,all of mainstream telecom operators had gone through the process of reorganization convergence and transformation.At the same time,the corporate culture of China's telecom industry had been constantly changing,developing and perfecting accordingly.Nowadays,with the rapid development of information technology nowadays,the three major domestic telecommunications enterprises are carrying out various degrees of reform.as the common spiritual identity and value concept of employees,corporate culture is playing an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.Whether a complete corporate culture system can be established and effectively implemented determines the future development potential of a telecommunications enterprise.Starting with the theoretical concepts of corporate culture,this paper expounds the related theories of corporate culture construction.On this basis,the paper takes the corporate culture construction of Zaozhuang Unicom as the research object,analyzes the rationality of corporate culture system,examines the construction of four levels of corporate culture,finds out the advantages and disadvantages in the process of corporate culture construction in Zaozhuang Unicom by using the ternary lock-in analysis method,and draws on the successful cases of cultural construction of domestic excellent enterprises to introduce the driving cultural factors into the cultural system of Zaozhuang Unicom.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the corporate culture construction strategy of Zaozhuang Unicom,defines the construction goal of corporate culture,and makes localized adjustment to the corporate culture system of the group company,including the adjustment of corporate mission,vision and the reconstruction of core values of the enterprise.Finally,this paper offers four suggestions for the implementation of Zaozhuang Unicom's corporate culture construction,which provides the direction of cultural construction for the company's transformation in the 5g trial commercial environment.
