Based on the existing theories related to corporate culture and core value,culture differences and culture conflicts,the principle,contents,and methods of reconstruction of corporate culture,this paper discusses the culture differences and conflicts in TT company's business management.The research has formed a kind of system theory and methods with the characteristics of joint venture called "the culture of conflict to cultural integration".Based on the depth review of the culture of S company and W company,the paper analyzes the cultural differences between the parent companies,and explores the reasons for cultural conflict in TT.After the changes in organizational environment,TT began to do the project of reconstruction of corporate culture which experienced the mobilization,concept making,publicizing,and implementation of the corporate culture.The reconstruction of corporate culture includes determination of the company's new strategy,core value,systems and regulations,and company's image.The effect of the project was tested well through Q12 and the turnover rate of the staff.The conclusion may be useful for more and more joint ventures to strengthen culture management,accomplish culture integration and coordination and the strategy integration.
