| With the rapid development of urban economy, the number of large-scale activities is increasingly frequent in the large or medium city. Traffic problems the large-scale activities bring in a short time and small space have become increasingly prominent, the surge in passenger traffic and crowded cities to the original rail transportation has brought great challenges. Obviously, through the strengthening of public transportation facilities to alleviate the traffic impact that the large-scale activities bring is not reality and economy,only to formulate scientific guarantee measures to ease, it conforms to the sustainable development strategy of urban rail transit requirements. The evaluation of urban rail transit operational program during large-scale activities is in favor of knowing the advantages and disadvantages of the operational program, so as to establish a more comprehensive protection scheme. However, so far, in the field of urban rail transit, has not yet formed a scientific and systematic evaluation system. This article is intended to provide a reference for the evaluation of urban rail transit operational program during the large-scale activities.The thesis carried out on the evaluation of urban rail transit operational program during the large-scale activities. First, through questionnaires, interviews with staffs of urban rail transit, data that the manager of urban rail transit provide, and access to the relevant literature to determine the evaluation index system of urban rail transit operational program during the large-scale activities from the passengers and the government, using SERVQUAL model to acquire the passengers perception of operational program during the large-scale activities. The second is to determine the right weights of government indexes through the structure entropy method, acquire the indexes score by expert scoring, and then obtain the score of government’s evaluation to the operational program. Third, using the game theory equilibrium to find the game equilibrium point of constraints indexes between the passengers and government, and reflect in the program of concrete measures,so as to determine the specific measures of the urban rail transit.The thesis consists of seven chapters: the first chapter introduces the background,purpose and meaning; chapter II describes the domestic and foreign research and related oncepts; the third chapter establish the evaluation index system of urban rail transit operational program during the large-scale activities; chapter IV select scientific evaluation method to evaluation operational security scheme; chapter V takes the F1 Chinese Grand Prix for example, to tell how to evaluate the operational program during the large-scale activities by the creating system, at the same time, to verify the practicability of the system;chapter VI describes the prospects and outlook of evaluation the operational program. |
