| Consummation of housing indemnificatory system is relatedto the improvement of our people's living standard; also to realize the goal of well-off society and the establishment of the harmonious society. Thereby, this article proposes the detailed measures of our multilayer housing indemnificatory system by an analysis of our current housing indemnificatory system, combined with the background and character of our housing indemnificatory system, meanwhile, the successful experiences from some other developed countries are used for reference .This article combined the theory with the examples, analyzed the existing condition and problems of our housing indemnificatory system, and proposed the rule of renting houses in cheap price.
