Whether in China or other marketing economy countries, the establishment of the top manager's compensation system is one of the hot spots whether in the theory or in the business community. While in the end of April 2006, the Annual Report of China's listed companies was disclosed, as well as by the U.S. sub-loan crisis of the financial turmoil sweeping the globe, the problem of the top manager's compensation in the listed companies, once again widely aroused attention from all sectors of the community. This research will through the status of foreign salaries and our analysis of the status of the pay system, using the literature research, data analysis and collation, expert advice and many other research methods, aimed at both using the experience of the listed companies which in Western developed countries, but also from the actual situation in our country, combined with the existing management mechanisms, to build an effective system of the top manager's compensation in Chinese listed companies and incentives to individuals to pursue help preserve and increase the value of company assets goals, to help ensuring that operators of the realization of the value of human capital and help attracting and retaining good corporate management personnel, thus contribute to building a modern enterprise system. 9 Figures, 10 Tables, 47 References...
