Affect by the global economic crisis,the manufacturing sector of western countries decreased to the development,China's manufacturing industry face a historic opportunity for development,Domestic demand to pull the country out of 4 trillion yuan investment plan,which involves the proportion of manufacturing industry will reach about one third.China's manufacturing industry through the industrial structure,product innovation,management upgrade to speed up structural adjustment and to enhance the core competitiveness edge,these adjustments will inevitably pull on the CAD/CAE/ PDM software,in the face of changing market demand,foreign CAD/CAE/PDM vendors first to introduce new technology,improve product features,adjusting their marketing strategy,mutual competition more intense,as a CAD/CAE/PDM service provider,Qingdao Impulse software corporationneed to develop and improve the current marketing strategy in order to respond to new market changes and competition.Firstly,it has introduced the background material and product of Impuse software corporaton.it indicated a point of the paper and the thought of thesis.Secondly,According to the analysis of macro environment and competition environment of Impulse software corporation.we could find out the opportunity and threat which the corporation is faced.According to the analysis of internal environment,we could find out the strength and weakness.We can use SWOT analysis to get the best strategy.Thirdly,according to analysis of the customer,we could help Impulse software corporation.to set target segment,to choose suitable target and exactly position.Finally,according to the company's target customers and market positioning, product direction and future development goals,we have developed include:product, price,promotion,channels,personnel,physical display and service,including a series of marketing mix strategy help companies seize opportunities and avoid the threat of play to our strengths,improve weaknesses,in response to intense market competition and the competition to obtain the dominant position gradually.According to the analysis of CAD/CAE/PDM software marketing and the study of marketing strategy of Impulse software corporation.We hope this paper could give some direction for Impulse corporation and some others corporation which the same product as Impulse.We also hope it could give some value and practicality meaning.
