With the development of market economy and the manufacturing industry,the manufacturing enterprises increasingly fierce competition,if enterprises want to win in the competition,we must optimize the manufacturing resources,strengthen information construction,improve the level of production management,implement the manufacturing execution system(Manufacturing Execution System),it shows the company towards a new steps in the information technology,it’s significant to improve the enterprise management.MES is running on the production line as the site management and tracing system.The successful execution of projects decided by scope,resources and other munch factors,and the product lead time of the upgrading is shorter and shorter.Therefore,in this kind of project,it is very important how to scientifically and effectively manage the progress of the whole project.We overall study the idea and method of project management how to apply to software projects in the manufacturing industry,and practice it through the implementation of MES in student’s company.Here,first describes the basic requirements and background,study the scope and resource utilization;secondly,based on the theory of project schedule,work breakdown structure,clear the task,and the preparation of the project work plan,Gantt chart,and so on.thirdly,according to the project schedule control theory,elaborated the main effect and influence factors to the MES project,and further discusses MES project schedule control and schedule management measures the mobile phone company.Through the practice of the progress management in the manufacturing industry,research the methods and models of software project schedule management in the mobile phone industry,and has been verified in the case,has the certain reference value to the progress management of the project.
