The Value Research And System Construction Of Information Coordination In Supply Chain

Supply Chain Management is an advanced management model and method, has gradually been the main strategies in improving benefit and elevating competition of enterprises. And information management undoubtedly plays a crucial role in the supply chain management. From the angle of facing application, this paper researches that how to realize the Information Coordination in SCM and then coordinates the operation of the whole supply chain and realizes the aim of SCM.First of all, this article apply the value chain and synergetic theory to the area of information management, innovative to define the concept and meaning of Supply Chain Information Coordination, analyzed simultaneously the similarities and differences between information coordination and information sharing, which could provide sound theory basis. Secondly, this article combines Value Chain theory with Supply Chain theory, mainly analyzes the real value of Information Coordination in Supply Chain, and establishes a Supply Chain Income Model consists of a manufacturer and a retailer to analysis the value of coordination in supply chain. Finally, suggests the construction method of Supply Chain Information coordination system with the current social condition, which can supply a new theoretical basis on overall ensure the Supply Chain system effective and coordinated operation. Based on above research, a new evaluation method easy to operate for Information Coordination is proposed, through this evaluation method, it is convenient for people effectively analyze the degree of Information Coordination in SCM and put forward some proposals for Supply Chain Information Coordination system construction.Through the effective application of some new theory, method and model in the Field of SCM, provide support to the effective enforcement of Supply Chain Information Coordination.
